Personal Information

The personal information requested from the user consists of the following items: first name(s), last name(s), date of birth, gender, email, landline phone, mobile phone, address, state, municipality, street, exterior and interior number, country, monthly income, patrimonial information, personal references, medical data, and the value of the property used as mortgage collateral. Your personal data will be processed based on the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Comparaguru will maintain the confidentiality of your personal data by establishing and effectively maintaining administrative, technical, and physical security measures such as data encryption and the use of passwords, among others, to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access, or improper disclosure. The information must be truthful and complete. The user will be responsible at all times for the data provided, and in no case will Comparaguru be responsible for the accuracy of such data.

Use of Personal Data

If you accept the terms of this Privacy Notice, your personal data will be used to:

• Provide advisory, comparison, simulation, and quotation calculation services for financial, insurance, and real estate products. As part of the service provision, Comparaguru will transfer your personal data to banking institutions or general financial entities, insurance companies, mortgage and/or real estate brokers, real estate developers, commercial entities granting credit, money management apps, and credit research entities with which Comparaguru has a legal relationship, in order to apply their own processes for product quotation requests, enabling them to offer you the product deemed suitable for your needs.
• The connection with banking institutions or general financial entities, insurance companies, mortgage and/or real estate brokers, real estate developers, investment promotion companies, and credit research entities.
• Likewise, this data will be used to:
• Ensure efficient service.
• Inform you about changes or new services related to the requested product or service.
• Fulfill obligations contracted with users.

• Send promotional messages by email to Users related to the products and services offered by CORU.
• Contact Users by any means, such as their phone numbers, text message, any instant messaging service, email, among others, to provide assistance and guidance for credit requests and any other services and/or procedures available to CORU Users.

Access to Personal Data

As part of the terms and conditions, the user authorizes, on a one-time basis, Comparaguru México S.A. de C.V. and third parties to check their credit history with the Credit Information Societies deemed appropriate, declaring that they understand the nature, scope, and use that Comparaguru México S.A. de C.V. will make of such information.

To Exercise ARCO Rights and Revoke Granted Consent

As the owner of your personal data, the user may exercise ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition to the processing of their personal data), or revoke the consent previously granted to Comparaguru for the processing of their data, by sending their request directly to the Data Officer in charge of the Personal Data Services and Protection Department. To exercise their ARCO rights, the user must send an email to arco@coru.com

The request must contain at least: (a) name and address or another means to communicate the response to your request; (b) documents proving identity or, if applicable, legal representation; (c) a clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which any of the ARCO rights are being exercised; (d) the explicit statement to revoke consent for the processing of your personal data and therefore unsubscribe it from use; (e) any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.

The request must be accompanied by the grounds for the revocation and an official ID of the data owner or their legal representative. We will process the request within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days and inform the user of its outcome via the email from which the request was sent. Comparaguru requests that users update their data whenever it changes, as this will allow for an efficient and personalized service.

Information Transfer to Third Parties

The requested data is essential for Comparaguru to provide you with services, and without it, the company is materially unable to fulfill the primary purpose of the relationship with its users.

As part of service provision, Comparaguru will transfer your personal data to banking institutions or general financial entities, insurance companies, mortgage and/or real estate brokers, real estate developers, commercial entities granting credit, and credit research entities, in order to apply their own processes for requesting quotations of financial, insurance, and real estate products, so as to offer you the product deemed suitable for your needs.
Comparaguru only transfers data to fulfill obligations contracted with clients or users, granting access to the information to:

• Associated companies that have a commercial relationship with Comparaguru, as well as Comparaguru branches.
• Banking institutions or general financial entities, insurance companies, mortgage and/or real estate brokers, real estate developers, and credit research entities. • Fraud detection agencies to identify fraud and money laundering in case false or inaccurate information has been provided.
